Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Twin Current APS services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Twin Current APS provides software implementation and consulting services including:

• Custom software development
• System integration services
• Technical consulting
• Software architecture and design

Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback and approvals
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all custom work performed by Twin Current APS becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Twin Current APS retains rights to general methodologies, processes, and knowledge gained during the engagement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Limitation of Liability

Twin Current APS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, payment for services rendered up to the termination date shall be due.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Danish courts.
